They trusted me and took action and this is what they got …

Two questions I always ask my clients is ‘What do you want?’ and ‘What are you prepared to do to create change?’   The answers give me insight to the actions the person is prepared to go to create positive change in their life.   Would you move your bed?  Would you change bedrooms?  Would you use a different door to enter the house?   Would you do a thorough evaluation of your stuff and get rid of what is not serving you or part of your intended future?   Would you move?  Or do you want to know what colours to paint with and what you can buy, such as a crystal or lucky frogs or water fountain?

There is no right or wrong.  You are where you are at. My job is to support and empower you and help you move forward in life, to help you find peace and happiness, It’s not to add more stress to your life.

A Story of Choice and Faith: 

I was so happy to see this recent photo from a couple I’ve been working with for over a year.

“Bob and Shirley” came to me looking for support. They hired me last fall for a Residential Feng Shui Consultation.  I visited them in the home they had lived in for more than 20 years.  They wanted to move forward in life and they wanted more opportunities. They questioned whether they should move or renovate their current home.   If they were to move, where should they move?  Shirley had recently started studying Feng Shui.  She had an awareness of what potentially was involved.  Both being in their 50’s, they primarily they were looking for increased wealth opportunities and improved health in their latter half of life.   They were serious.

Every consultation starts with what is the problem?  What is causing the unrest.   Is it the person and where they are in time, is it the Feng Shui of the house or are they just not in alignment with time and doing the right things?   I analyzed their BaZi | Chinese Astrology Charts, took compass directions, surveyed the surrounding landscape, calculated the different Feng Shui formulae applicable to their home (San He, Flying Stars, Eight Mansions, Xuan Kuan Da Gua) and told them if they were open to it – the ideal choice was to move.  I could see in their charts that the best time to list their home was in 3 weeks.  I could see in the charts that there was a really good chance the house would sell before Christmas, and if not then, it would sell early in the New Year.

They took immediate action. There was lots to do, renovations to finish, packing to do, a house to get ready and they did it.  There were some initial offers that they didn’t pan out, I told them it would sell early in the New Year and it did.

The next step was finding a new home. I assured them that I could see in the charts that by end of this year they would find the right home. It was not the most comfortable thing to be doing during Covid, and it took time to find the right home. They even rented for a while trusting me that the right place would show up and it did and now this is the view from their new home that they get to look at every single day.

Years ago as I was studying Feng Shui in China, the concept of being in the right time was taught to me.   This actually makes a lot of sense if you think about it.  If you plant your garden at the right time you will have a good yield. It is proven that planting with the moon cycles along with the sun cycles improves the harvest.  I consciously understood for the first time, how energy moves in cycles and the space has cycles and that when we work with them we are in flow.

The phrase “To be in the right place, at the right time” aptly describes the process of obtaining the best Feng Shui.  By understanding who you are energetically, and where you are in time, you can strategize your actions so that you are flowing with the energy of time, not against it.   There is a time to make money, a time to rest, a time to push, and even a time to move.  Places have energy too so when we know what we want, we can connect to the best potential.

Many people right now are making changes to their homes, which is great. There is always something we can do to help you move forward in life.  Changes can be small like cleaning and moving furniture, and changes can be big.  Start with asking yourself – What is it you want? And what are you prepared to do?  Awareness is the key to change.
