The full moon is the high point of each lunar cycle, the moon with it’s maximum light illuminates the shadow and what needs to be released, healed and integrated into our every evolving soul journey. It is a powerful time for conscious looking within, releasing, transmuting and resetting.
Full moons are always powerful times to work with energy. This month’s full moon is the best moon for facing responsibilities and making difficult decisions, along with personal resetting and discarding of thoughts and behaviours that no longer serve you.
The theme we will be working with this month is Purification. The event is free but you need to register below to join.
I will be doing some teaching and insights of the month, followed by a guided meditation geared at working with Fire and Purification, followed by the beautiful Yuko Sound Healing Meditation. There will be some time at the end for sharing.
