The Peaceful Power Goal Method
A spiritually aligned way to set goals without force.
Most goals are built from pressure, comparison, or “not enough.” This method is different. We are not setting goals to fix ourselves. We are choosing actions that reflect who we are becoming. Take 20–30 minutes and move through this slowly.
STEP 1: Choose ONE Area. Pick just one focus:
If you try to transform everything, you will transform nothing.
Circle one
- Health
- Relationship
- Business
- Finances
- Spiritual Practice
- Home/Environment
STEP 2: Meet Your Future Self (90 Days Ahead)
Close your eyes for a moment and imagine it is 90 days from now. This area of your life feels calm, aligned, and successful.
Ask yourself:
What feels different?
How does my body feel?
What am I no longer tolerating?
What am I consistently doing?
Write from the feeling — not from pressure.
STEP 3: Choose One Anchor Action
Now choose ONE measurable action that reflects that future version of you. It must be:
✔ Specific
✔ Measurable
✔ Small enough to win
Examples:
Walk 4,000 steps 4 days per week
10 minutes of silence every morning
Post once per week consistently
No alcohol for 30 days
15 minutes of decluttering daily
Write your anchor action clearly: My one anchor action is: _______________
Now define:
On which days?
At what time?
How will I track it?
Clarity reduces resistance
STEP 4: Remove Friction
Ask honestly:
– What usually stops me?
– What emotion shows up?
– What belief shows up?
Now remove just 20% of the friction. Examples:
– Lay clothes out the night before
– Put fruit on the counter
– Schedule it in your calendar
– Move your phone out of the bedroom
Small design changes create big shifts.
STEP 5: Daily Identity Recommitment
Each morning, write: “Today I choose _____________________.”
Then add: “I choose this because I am becoming ________________________________________.”
Not:
I’ll try, I should or I hope.
But:
I choose.
Identity builds consistency.
Consistency builds confidence.
Confidence builds transformation.
When You Miss a Day
No shame. No collapse. Reset immediately.
Surrender perfection. Trust the process.
Forgive quickly. This is strength.
Closing Reflection
Goals set from fear create tension rather than
goals set from alignment create momentum.
Today is going to be your peaceful day.
